The ombudsman position at Demarest e Almeida was created to broaden our channel of communication in order to improve our services, and continually build up upon our clients satisfaction.

Senior partner Roberto Luz Portella was appointed ombudsman for the 2009/2010 period. His main focus is to listen to issues and concerns raised from our clients and offer a balanced and independent approach to the firm´s board of directors.
