Assistance in regulatory issues before the Maritime Authority,  Brazilian National Agency of Maritime Transports - ANTAQ, Brazilian National Agency of Oil - ANP and Antitrust authorities;
Registration of shipowners and vessels before the Maritime Tribunal;
Assistance on hull, machinery and P&I insurance contracting procedures, within Brazil and abroad;
Assistance on International Insurance negotiations for ships registered before Brazilian Special Registrar - REB and on the structuring/assessment of insurance scheme for special activities and operations;
Assistance on ship financing, mainly in construction performed with credits from Merchant Navy Fund - FMM;
Assistance on the recovery of insurance credits, such as premium and indemnities in judicial claims brought by Insurers;
Assistance of clients interested in the use of vessels in maritime and port support activities;
Follow-up on maritime pollution cases running in environmental bodies and the Pblic Prosecutor Office, and also follow-up on such cases within judicial spheres;
Assistance on tax and customs cargo matters;
Litigation within the Maritime Tribunal and Judicial Courts in general.
