Carolina has experience on M&A and General Corporate Practice – domestic
and cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures and tax restructurings
representing private equity sponsors, domestic and multinational privately held
and publicly traded entities and financial institutions; negotiation of complex
and strategic contracts of various types; advised national and international
corporate groups on planning and carrying out investments, divestments and
activities in Brazil; advised on matters of structured finance, collaterals and
other guarantees. Previous experience in litigation and arbitration, including
relevant disputes involving minority shareholders and contractual matters.
