  • 2017: Advised Auto Ricci S.A. on a business combination with Locamerica, in a transaction estimated at BRL 1,1 billion. Advised Odebrecht TransPort on the on the BRL 171 million sale of its stake in Concessionária da Linha 4 do Metrô de São Paulo S.A. corresponding to 15% of the total share capital to CCR;
  • 2016: Advised Odebrecht Rodovias on the BRL 107.6 million sale of its stake in ViaRio corresponding to 33,33% of the total share capital to CCR. Advised Banco Cooperativo do Brasil - Bancoob in the formation of a JV with the insurance company Mongeral Aegon, involving BRL 40 million. Acted as a legal counsel to Sonaca and Eltra, leading world manufactures of aerospace structures, in the acquisition of equity stake in Sopeçaero Sobraer and Pesola;
  • 2015: Advised Total Produce, a company listed in the London Stock Exchange, leading fresh produce distributor in Europe, in the acquisition of 60% of Argofruta and Argofruta B.V. Advised Guerbet, a French group specialized in medical imaging products, in the acquisition of Mallinckrodt Group's contrast media and delivery systems business for USD 305 million. Advised Access Information Management, the largest privately-held provider of records and information management services in North America, controlled by the private equity Berkshire Partners, in the acquisition of the total capital stock of P3Image.
  • 2014: Advised Odebrecht TransPort on the BRL 17 billion joint venture with Mitsui in the Brazilian Urban Mobility Market. Advised Abril Educação S.A. on the restructuring of its business;
  • 2013: Counseled Falabella in the acquisition of the Brazilian retailer Dicico for USD 189 million;
  • 2012: Advised the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan on the USD 300 million PIPE investment in the capital stock of Manabi;
  • 2011: Advised OTPP, KIC and Southeastern Investment and other 60 investors to subscribe to a capital increase of USD 550 million in Manabi;
  • 2011: Advised Kayaba Industry Co., Ltd., on the formation of a joint venture in Brazil with Mando Corporation;
  • 2010: Advised the Odebrecht conglomerate on the merger between ETH Bioenergia and Brenco, which Corporate INTL awarded as the deal of the year.
