Bachelor of Laws from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie in 2011. Obtained his postgraduate certificates and diploma respectively in Oil and Gas Sectors from the Brazilian Institute for Studies of Energy Law (Instituto Brasileiro de Estudos do Direito da Energia), in Energy Law from the Engineering Faculty of Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, as well as in Public Law from the São Paulo School of Laws of Fundação Getúlio Vargas. Daniel earned a postgraduate degree in Infrastructure Law from the São Paulo School of Laws of Fundação Getúlio Vargas in 2015. Currently, Masters (LL.M.) candidate in Litigation and Dispute Resoluation at University College London (UCL), London, United Kingdom. He is member of the Committee of Young Lawyers of the Brazilian Bar Association, Section of São Paulo and other learned societies around the world, such as AASP, ABEArb, INOVARB-Amcham, IBA, YIAG-LCIA, CIArb, YICCA, ASA-Below-40, Young ICSID, ICDR Young and Young ITA. Daniel has worked in several multidisciplinary and sensitive disputes before administrative authorities, courts and arbitral tribunals, involving commercial and financial agreements, compliance, public law, infrastructure, antitrust, energy and corporate restructuring.
