Graduated from School of Law of the University of São Paulo in 1999. Pos-graduated at COGEAE (PUC) in 2003 and specialized in Arbitration by the Getulio Vargas Foundation, 2008. In addition, Fernanda obtained a Master of Law in Civil Procedure in School of Law of University of São Paulo (USP) in 2012. Fernanda has experience in acting and coordinating lawsuits and arbitrations involving medium and large companies from various issues, including construction, infrastructure, corporate, environmental and intellectual property. Also she has experience in administrative proceedings before the Central Bank and CVM. She is a specialist of the Domain Name Dispute Resolution Board of Center for Arbitration and Mediation of Chamber of Commerce Brazil-Canada (CCRD - CAM / CCBC). She is a member of Institute of Lawyers of São Paulo (IASP) and the Brazilian Institute of Procedural Law (IBDP).
