Amongst his regular clients he assists ArcelorMittal, CSN, Gerdau, USIMINAS, ANIP - National Association of Tire Manufactures, McCain, Rhodia, Nike, WFSGI World Federation of Sporting Goods Industry and others in the chemical, steel, textiles and clothing industry. He participated in the Program for Young Lawyers at the Brazilian Mission to the WTO in Geneva, Switzerland, in the Trade Policy Training Program at the Brazilian Embassy and in the Academy Program of WTO Law & Policy from Georgetown's Institute of International Economic Law, both in Washington, DC, United States.   • 2016 - 2017: Advised ArcelorMittal, Gerdau and CSN in petitioning anti-dumping and subsidies/CVD investigations against Chinese and Russian steel exports to Brazil.
  • 2016 - 2017: Advised McCain Group in anti-dumping on Brazilian imports of French fries.
  • 2016 - 2017: Advised Rhodia/Solvay in petitioning anti-dumping investigation against Mexican and U.S acetic esters exports to Brazil.   
  • 2015 - 2017: Advised USIMINAS in several trade remedies cases (antidumping and subsidies) initiated by the United States and Europe targeting USIMINAS exports to these countries.
  • 2009 - 2017: Advised ANIP - National Association of Tire Manufacturers (petitioner) in several anti-dumping cases: car, bus, truck, agricultural and motorcycle tires.
  • 2015: Advised client to have market access through trade preferential agreement.
  • 2015: Advised client to benefit from import tax reduction.
  • 2009 - 2015: Advised Nike in anti-dumping, sunset review, and anti-circumvention investigations on Brazilian imports of footwear, as well as several other issues in the area of international trade, customs and government relations.
  • 2009 - 2015: Advised Graftech (domestic industry) in anti-dumping investigation and anti-dumping review on Brazilian imports of graphite electrodes.
  • 2014: Advised Rhodia (domestic industry) in anti-dumping investigation on Brazilian imports of nylon fibers.
  • 2014: Advised Foseco (domestic industry) in antidumping investigation on Brazilian imports of ceramic filters.
  • 2012: Advised CEEV - Comité Européen des Entreprises Vins (exporters) in safeguard investigation of wines.
  • 2011: Advised POSCO (producer/Korean exporter) in anti-dumping investigation on Brazilian imports of coated steel.
