Graduated from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie in 2003. Fernando focuses on International Trade, Customs and Government Relations area. Amongst his regular clients he assists ArcelorMittal, CSN, Gerdau, USIMINAS, ANIP - National Association of Tire Manufactures, McCain, Rhodia, Nike, WFSGI World Federation of Sporting Goods Industry and others in the chemical, steel, textiles and clothing industry. He participated in the Program for Young Lawyers at the Brazilian Mission to the WTO in Geneva, Switzerland, in the Trade Policy Training Program at the Brazilian Embassy and in the Academy Program of WTO Law & Policy from Georgetown's Institute of International Economic Law, both in Washington, DC, United States. He participated in the Mastering Trade Policy at Harvard Kennedy School, Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States. Member of: the Federation of Industries of the State of São Paulo - FIESP, Brazilian Institute of Studies of Competition, Consumption and International Trade - IBRAC, ABCI Institute and ICC Commission on Trade and Investment Policy. He is an adviser at the Institute of Government Relations (IRelGov).
