2016: VINCI Highways in the acquisition of the Peruvian concessionaire LAMSAC from Línea Amarilla, a wholly owned subsidiary of Invepar, for approximately BRL 4.5 billion. VINCI Highways in the acquisition of PEX Perú from Invepar, for approximately BRL 35 million. Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners in connection with a 50/50 joint venture Golar Power with Golar LNG. GIC in the acquisition of 15% stake in Rede D'Or São Luiz from the company's founders and BTG Pactual. GIC in a follow-on acquisition of 1% stake in Rede D'Or São Luiz from BTG Pactual. CRH in the acquisition of assets from Lafarge/Holcim, for EUR 6.5 billion.
2014: Generali in the USD 1.7 billion sale of BSI to BTG Pactual. Vesuvius in the acquisition of Ecil. Vale Fertilizantes in the acquisition and development of its major fertilizers (potash) project in Argentina (Project Rio Colorado). Vale Fertilizantes in its logistics JV with VLI (wholly owned by Vale). Vale Fertilizantes in several transactions with Mosaic and Bunge Fertilizantes in Brazil and Mozambique, respectively.
2013: Vale in Vale's divestment of portion of its equity stake in VLI for approximately BRL 5 billion to Brookfield Asset Management (26.5%), Mitsui & Co. (20%) and Fundo de Garantia por Tempo de Serviço – FGTS (15.9%).
