After having obtained an LL.B. in Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC/SP) in 2002, Henrique Rodrigues Anders completed a Postgraduate course in Real Estate Transactions at Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV/SP). His major clients include real estate investment funds, real estate development companies, building companies as well as asset management companies. He regularly practices in the real estate area, assisting the major companies in the Brazilian market, such as, for instance, Tishman Speyer, BR Properties, Even and Racional Engenharia, in real estate developments, establishment and specifications of simple and complex condominiums (mixed-use condominiums with sub-condominiums), construction contracts, typical and atypical leases (built-to-suit leases), creation of real estate investment funds ("FIIs") as well as provision of legal advice to such Funds; in addition, he is experienced in land subdivision processes, purchase and lease of rural properties. Henrique is a member of Mesa de Debates de Direito Imobiliário (MDDI), a group of Brazilian lawyers engaged in the discussion of real estate law matters; of the Group of New Entrepreneurs (Grupo de Novos Empreendedores) of SECOVI-SP; and of the Urban Legislation Committee (Comissão de Direito Urbanístico) of OAB-SP.


  • 2017: Givaudan in the acquisition of the nutraceutical division and its operational plant, in the city of Botucatu/SP, from Centroflora Group. Monsanto do Brasil Ltda. in the sale and lease back of a real estate for the development of a highly strategic activity for the company, in a disinvestment context. Sealy do Brasil Ltda., an entity controlled by the Tempur-Sealy Gorup, owner of Tempur and Sealy mattresses' brands, in negotiations and sale to Master Martini Brasil Comércio de Produtos Alimentícios Ltda. of an industrial facility in the City of Sorocaba, State of São Paulo. The real estate had been leased by the Sealy to Mannes Ltda., a mattress' manufacturer and licensee of the Tempur-Sealy brands. Mannes Ltda. built a construction on the real estate and, shortly thereafter, underwent judicial reorganization. The sale of the property entailed a joint deal whereby the client received the price amount from the buyer and, subsequently, indemnified Mannes Ltda. for the construction made, thus terminating the relationship. Osher & Osher Participações Ltda., an Argentinean private equity family office, in the elaboration and negotiation of the instruments to acquire a commercial real estate property in São Paulo, Brazil, located at Rua Haddock Lobo, from RED CIRCLE SRL, an Italian entity, as part of investments of the company in the country, involving BRL 12,500,000.00. Yapp Brasil Participações Ltda., an entity held by Chinese legal entities, in negotiation and elaboration of a 10-year built to suit lease agreement of a warehouse, owned by REC Gravataí S.A. (GLP Group), for installation of its industrial plant for manufacturing, wholesale commerce, import and export of tanks and fuel reservoirs for automobile vehicles, technical services of automotive vehicles, such as the elaboration and management of projects and maintenance and repairs of tanks and reservoirs for automobile vehicles. Construdecor in its growth strategy, especially in opening stores and distribution centers. Throughout 2016 and 2017, among others, provided assistance in several real estate matters, especially: (i) Negotiating, drafting and signing a BRL 320.1 million/27.5 years lease agreement of property in Guarulhos, state of São Paulo, owned by Celog, to build a major distribution center. Signed in August 2016. (ii) Negotiating, drafting and signing a BRL 48.6 million/10 years lease agreement with Prologis CCP 14 of a property in Cajamar, state of São Paulo, to build a retail store. It was signed in June 2016. (iii) Acquiring a real estate property for BRL 38.3 million in the city of São Paulo, owned by Suzano S.A., for the installation of a retail store. Public deed of SPA is expected to be executed by November 2016.
  • 2016: Coexpan Brasil Embalagens Ltda. in the negotiation of a lease agreement over a warehouse located in the city of Jundiaí, State of São Paulo, for the installation of the company's new industrial. Rural group, a large group of companies operating in the States of Goiás, Mato Grosso do Sul and Pará in the commercialization of agricultural inputs, fertilizers and pesticides, in the admission of Aqua Capital investment fund as its controlling shareholder with 60% of its capital stock.
  • 2015: Tishman Speyer on the acquisition and the real state development of the project Concórdia Corporate, in Nova Lima, Belo Horizonte/MG, with investments of approximately BRL 350 million.
  • 2014: Tishman Speyer on the BRL 685 million sale of the project FL 3500, in the city of São Paulo/SP.
  • 2012: Nissan do Brasil on real estate aspects of the implementation of the plant in Resende/RJ, on a site of approximately 3,000,000m2, donated by the Rio de Janeiro State.
