After having obtained an LL.B. in Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC/SP) in 2002, Henrique Rodrigues Anders completed a Postgraduate course in Real Estate Transactions at Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV/SP). His major clients include real estate investment funds, real estate development companies, building companies as well as asset management companies. He regularly practices in the real estate area, assisting the major companies in the Brazilian market, such as, for instance, Tishman Speyer, BR Properties, Even and Racional Engenharia, in real estate developments, establishment and specifications of simple and complex condominiums (mixed-use condominiums with sub-condominiums), construction contracts, typical and atypical leases (built-to-suit leases), creation of real estate investment funds ("FIIs") as well as provision of legal advice to such Funds; in addition, he is experienced in land subdivision processes, purchase and lease of rural properties. Henrique is a member of Mesa de Debates de Direito Imobiliário (MDDI), a group of Brazilian lawyers engaged in the discussion of real estate law matters; of the Group of New Entrepreneurs (Grupo de Novos Empreendedores) of SECOVI-SP; and of the Urban Legislation Committee (Comissão de Direito Urbanístico) of OAB-SP.
