Julio has more than 10 years of experience in dispute resolution (litigation and ADR), involving complex and strategic issues related to the judicial review of public policies, diffuse and collective rights (environmental, consumer and economic), contracts and public law. Julio also has academic experience in civil procedural law and ADR.
