Partner, head of the labor litigation department of the firm, a 1993 bachelor of laws from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP), Marcello Della Mônica Silva specializes in labor litigation (both in administrative and court spheres). His regular clients include Volkswagen, Mercedes Benz, Goodyear, Havells Sylvania, Harley Davidson, ISS Servisystem do Brasil, Brasil Kirin, Sodexo, among others. Important players in Brazilian market also turn to him for his legal services, such as Ford and Eli Lilly. Marcello has been handling strategic claims for clients, involving both individual and class labor claims. He actively participates in negotiations in inquiries launched by the Brazilian Labor Prosecution Office over subject matters ranging from length of work hours to moral harassment, from occupational health and work safety to hiring quotas for disabled workers, from slave labor to outsourcing, and many others. Throughout 20 years in legal practice, he has earned the dexterity and experience that shape his performance as a strongly strategic approach of administrative and judicial litigation in all spheres.
