Graduated from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo Law School in 2010 and admitted at OAB/SP in the following year. In 2013, Ikeziri earned his post-graduation in Corporate Finance from Saint Paul Business School. At Demarest, Ikeziri concentrates his practice on Banking and Finance, Corporate Restructuring and Capital Markets. He regularly advises several financial institutions which are part of Santander, Itaú, Bradesco, Rabobank, JP Morgan, BNY Mellon, Banco do Brasil, Safra, China Construction Bank, Tullett Prebon, among others. He also advises important companies such as AMBEV, Bunge, Arysta, Sabó, Hyundai, PGS, Central Resources, and Cenconsud.

  • 2016: Advised Petroleum Geo-Services ASA, as issuer, and PGS Investigação Petrolífera, as guarantor, in external issuance of senior notes, in the amount of US$450 million.
  • 2016: Advised China Construction Bank (Brasil) - Banco Múltiplo S.A., acting through Cayman Islands Branch, in external issuance of perpetual, non-cumulative, juniors and subordinated bonds, in the amount of US$70 million.
  • 2016: Advised Hyundai Capital Services, Inc. and Hyundai Motor Brasil Montadora de Automóveis Ltda. in formation of a joint venture with Aymoré Crédito, Financiamento e Investimento S.A. (Santander Group) for the incorporation of Banco Hyundai Capital Brasil S.A.
  • 2016: Advised, as deal counsel, Banco Santander (Brasil) S.A., Banco Luso Brasileiro S.A. and Consórcio Ótimo de Bilhetagem Eletrônica in syndicated loan in the amount of R$100 million.
  • 2016: Advised Comil Ônibus S.A. in debt restructuring with its main financial creditors, in the amount of US$47 million and R$61.7 million.
  • 2016: Advised Dakang (HK) Holdings Limited in pre-export financing transaction granted to Fiagril S.A., in the amount of US$121 million.
  • 2016: Advised Banco Votorantim S.A. in global restructuring of debts of Moreno Group, in the aggregate amount of, approximately, R$1.5 billion.
  • 2016: Advised, as deal counsel, Rabobank International Brasil S.A., Itaú Unibanco S.A. and Vale do Tijuco Açúcar e Álcool S.A. in syndicated loan, in the total amount of R$95 million.
  • 2016: Advised Bank Hapoalim B.M. and other creditors in syndicated loan granted to Netafim Ltd., in the total amount of US$500 million.  
  • 2015: Advised, as deal counsel, Rabobank Curaçao N.V., KFW IPEX-Bank GmbH, Banco Latinoamericano de Comércio Exteior S.A., Bladex e HSBC Bank Brasil S.A. - Banco Múltiplo, Grand Cayman Branch and Seara Indústria e Comércio de Produtos Agropecuário Ltda., in syndicated pre-export financing transaction, in the amount of US$60 million.
  • 2015: Advised Cencosud Group, owner of the supermarket chains Prezunic, G. Barbosa, Mercantil Rodrigues, Bretas and Perini, in the negotiation of a Partnership Agreement executed with CBSM Companhia Brasileira de Soluções de Marketing, administrator of Dotz Rewards Program.
  • 2015: Advised Rabobank International Bank, Banco Santander (Brasil) S.A. - Cayman Branch, Société Générale, ABN AMRO Bank N.V. and Banco Rabobank International Brasil S.A. (as administrative agent) in syndicated loan extend to COPLASA - Açúcar e Álcool Ltda. in the total amount of US$100 million.
  • 2014: Advised JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. (as administrative agent), Banco do Brasil S.A. and Banco Bradesco S.A. (as Brazilian Lenders) in extension of a US$500 million revolving credit facility in favor of General Motors do Brasil Ltda., which represents the Brazilian tranche of the US$12,5 billion transaction.
  • 2014: Advised Central Resources Group in USD150 million loan granted by BNP Paribas.
  • 2014: Advised Banco Santander (Brasil) S.A., Banco Bradesco S.A., HSBC Bank Brasil S.A. - Banco Múltiplo and Itaú Unibanco S.A. in local syndicated loan granted to ICAL - Indústria Calcinação Ltda. and to FABRICAL - Fábrica de Cal S.A., in the total amount of R$300 million.
  • 2014: Advised Sabó Indústria e Comércio de Autopeças S.A. in R$320 million debt restructuring.
  • 2014: Advised Navios South American Logistics Inc., Navios Logistics Finance (US) Inc., as co-issuers, and Hidronave South America Logistics S.A., as guarantor, in issuance of Senior Notes, in the amount of US$375 million.
  • 2014: Advised Banco Cooperativo do Brasil in Operational Agreement entered into with First Data under which the parties will jointly develop operations in the Brazilian merchant acquiring market ("BIN").
  • 2014: Advised Banco J. P. Morgan S.A. in financing granted to Companhia Palmares Hotéis e Turismo, in the amount of R$47,9 million, which represents the Brazilian tranche of a certain global syndicated loan in the aggregate amount of up to US$1,75 billion granted to Starwood Hotels & Resorts Group.
  • 2013: Advised Arysta Group in global refinancing of debt of the Group, which controlled by Permira Fund, in the amount of US$1,790 billion transaction.
  • 2013: Advised Banco Rabobank International Brasil S.A., Banco Votorantim S.A., Banco Santander S.A., and HSBC Bank Brasil S.A. in syndicated loan granted to Central Energética Moreno de Monte Aprazível, in the amount of R$200 million.
  • 2012: Advised JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. (as administrative agent), Banco do Brasil S.A. and Banco Bradesco S.A. (as Brazilian lenders) in syndicated revolving loan granted to General Motors do Brasil Ltda. in the amount of US$485 million, which represents the Brazilian tranche of the US$11 billion global loan transaction.
  • 2012: Advised Banco Santander (Brasil) S.A., Banco Itaú BBA S.A., HSBC Bank Brasil S.A. - Banco Múltiplo, Caixa Econômica Federal and Banco do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul S.A. in debt restructuring of GPC Química S.A., in the amount of R$82,5 million.
  • 2012: Advised International Finance Corporation (IFC) in loan granted to Vonpar Alimentos S.A. in the amount of up to US$50 million.
  • 2011: Advised Tecsis - Tecnologia e Sistemas Avançados Ltda. in US$280 million export financing debt restructuring, as part of USD480 million deal involving equity investments by Brazilian National Development Bank (BNDES), Unipar Participações S.A. and Estáter Gestão de Investimentos Ltda.
  • 2011: Advised ABN AMRO Bank N.V. in structuring of security over cotton inventories in Brazil under the refinancing of facility granted to Swiss cotton trading company Paul Reinhart AG. and its subsidiaries in the amount of US$400 million.
  • 2011: Advised Bank Hapoalim BM, in syndicated loan of US$420 million granted to Netafim Ltd.
  • 2011: Advised Cencosud Brasil Comercial Ltda. and all of its Brazilian affiliates under Operational Agreement with Banco Bradesco S.A. for the creation of payment methods (including labeled and private label credit cards) and the offering of financial products to Grupo Cencosud Brasil's client base, in the amount of R$200 million.
  • 2011: Advised Central Resources Group and its recently acquired Koch Petróleo Ltda. in a US$37,5 million acquisition finance transaction led by Standard Bank PLC.
  • 2010: Advised six national and international banks in the debt restructuring of the Brazilian sugar and ethanol producer Vale do Ivaí S.A. Açúcar e Álcool, in a US$242 million deal.
  • 2010: Advised Banco Votorantim S.A. and Lehman Brothers in the judicial recovery and debt restructuring of the beef group Independência, in a US$2 billion deal.
  • 2010: Advised Banco BVA S.A. in implementation of US$500 million short-term note programme.
  • 2010: Advised ABN AMRO Bank N.V. in connection with the merger of Fortis Bank (Nederland) N.V. into ABN AMRO Bank N.V., and its effects on the various cross-border financing transactions outstanding in Brazil, which total an amount (for Brazil) of US$440 million.
  • 2009: Advised Fortis Bank (Nederland) N.V. in structuring of security over cotton inventories in Brazil to secure a facility granted to Swiss cotton trading company Paul Reinhart AG., in the amount of US$340 million.
  • 2009: Advised Louis Dreyfus in Santelisa Vale group's debt restructuring in the total amount of R$2.6 billion, involving 24 local and foreign financial institutions.
