Milena Fernandes Mundim
Graduated from Faculdades Milton Campos in 2003, Milena focuses on Competition & Antitrust. Amongst her regular clients she advises multinational companies, such as Air France, Johnson&Johnson, Dow Agrosciences as well as Peugeot-Citröen. She also advises important Brazilian players such as Fibria Celulose, Banco Cooperativo do Brasil and Galvão Engenharia. Milena is a member of the Commission for Antitrust Studies of the Bar Association of the State of São Paulo.
2015: Advised Fibria Celulose S/A in the notification of a bleached pulp supply agreement entered into with Klabin S/A
2015: Adviced PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in the notification of transaction to CADE, through which it had recognized that deals within the PwC Network do not require antitrust clearance in Brazil.
2014: Advised Johnson&Johnson on the antitrust matters related to the global divestment of its KY® assets of personal lubricants, in Brazil.
2014: Advised Air France KLM on the antitrust matters and notification of the codeshare agreement executed with Gol Linhas Aéreas, which also comprised an investment of USD 100 million.
2013: Advised ThyssenKrupp in the potential sale of steel plants in Brazil and in the US.
2013: Advised Marfrig on the BRL 5.8 billion sale of the business unit Seara and Zenda to the meat producer JBS.
