Graduated from Universidade de São Paulo (USP) School of Law in 2002 and obtained a Master's Degree in Law from the same University in 2007. Mr. Giantomassi concentrates his practice on corporate finance and deals with companies, with focus on capital markets, infrastructure and mergers and acquisitions. He advises investment banks, private equity firms, publicly- and closely-held corporations, controlling shareholders, investors, brokers and advisors on domestic and international operations, in many different economy sectors. He is a former chair of the Corporate Organizations and Securities Practice Group of Lex Mundi and is currently a member of its Cross Border Transactions Committee.
