Jucesp Resolution No. 02/2015
As of Jucesp Resolution no. 2/2015, published on 4/7/2015, the Board of Commerce of the State of São Paulo may demand that large companies publish their financial statements as a condition for them to register the minutes of the annual meetings or partners' meetings at which those statements were approved.

According to art. 3, Law no. 11638/07, "large limited liability company" is the company or group of companies under a common control, which reported total assets over R$ 240 million or an annual gross revenue over R$ 300 million in the previous year.

As in the case of stock corporations, the financial statements must be published in the Gazette of the State where the company's principal offices are located and in another widely-circulated newspaper edited in the place where the company's principal offices are located.
