Demarest Announces Marc Stalder as new partner

Marc Stalder joins the firm’s Real Estate team

Demarest Advogados announces the arrival of Marc Stalder to its corporate structure, who together with partner Lucas Tavares Bueno will lead the firm’s Real Estate team. Graduate in Law from UniFMU, Stalder is a master’s degree candidate in Real Estate Law from the University of Illinois at Chicago, John Marshall Law School, in the U.S., a specialist in Real Estate Registry Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais and a specialist in Business Law from UniFMU.

Stalder spent fourteen years at Koury Lopes Advogados, serving as head of Real Estate and as a member of the German Desk, until joining Demarest. The new partner has broad experience acting in a wide range of processes involving rural real estate and diverse activities in agribusiness, as well as preparing and reviewing drafts and negotiations for land acquisition and commercialization of units, among other operations.
