Milena Mundim and Mônica Matarazzo assume their new positions in the areas of Competition and Labor Litigation

Demarest Advogados, one of the most prestigious law firms in Brazil and Latin America, announces the promotion of two new partners in its corporate structure. Milena Mundim and Mônica Matarazzo take on the positions of partners in the Competition and Labor areas, respectively, leading their teams in the pursuit of continued excellence, effective as of January 1st.

“Both lawyers have been demonstrating for years that they are excellent professionals,” says Paulo Coelho da Rocha, managing partner of Demarest. “The promotions, however, go beyond recognizing their work. Specialized in Competition Law from the University of Brasilia (UnB), Milena Mundim holds an LL.M. in Law and Competition from the Queen Mary University of London, United Kingdom. Mônica Matarazzo holds a law degree from Mackenzie University, a postgraduate degree in Civil Procedure from the Pontifical Catholic University (PUC-SP) and an LL.M. in European Private Law from the University of Amsterdam, Netherlands. She is a specialist in the area of ​​Labor Litigation.
