Bruno has extensive experience in structuring concession projects, public-private partnerships and privatization in different infrastructure sectors, such as transportation, ports, airports, railways, sanitation and solid waste.

He is the author of books and legal articles on the area and is a recognized speaker in postgraduate courses in Brazil.
