Second phase of the divestment on refineries released by Petrobras

Petrobras released today, September 13, 2019, the second phase of its divestment program of refining assets, including four other refineries and associated logistic assets. These are: Gabriel Passos

Refinery (REGAP), Isaac Sabbá Refinery (REMAN), Shale Industrialization Unit (SIX) and Northeastern Lubricants and Petroleum Derivatives (LUBNOR).

The first phase of the divestment program, released on June 28, 2019, is currently ongoing and an initial round of non-binding offers is scheduled to take place on October 11.
