Partner of Demarest’s Commercial Agreements and Negotiations, Life Sciences, and Sports and Entertainment, Claudio Oliveira Mattos holds a Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property Law from Franklin Pierce Law Center, United States, and a specialization in Corporate Finance from Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV). He completed an internship in the USA where he acquired vast international experience. Claudio concentrates his practice in legal consulting, elaboration and negotiation of contracts as well as legal opinions related to commercial civil law.
