- Advised Adventa Capital, by means of its subsidiary Top Glove Corporation, in the indirect acquisition of 70% of the stock capital of Kevenoll do Brasil Produtos Médicos Hospitalares Ltda., with the acquisition of Aspion by Top Glove for a value of US$ 345 million

- Advised GE in the sale of shares and segregation of its Water & Process Technologies business to Suez Environment for a total value of US$ 3.4 billion

- Advised the DSV Group in the acquisition of UTI Worldwide Inc. for a total value of US$ 1.35 billion
