Partner of Demarest’s Real Estate practice, Marc Stalder holds a specialization in Regional Real Estate Law from PUC-MG, in Business Law from FMU and a Bachelor of Laws degree from FMU. He has over 15 years of experience in structuring different types of real estate projects, as well as in the preparation and review of drafts and negotiations for land acquisition and commercialization of units. He has worked in negotiations and post-delivery legal advisory for more than 100 projects, including distribution centers, diversified projects, social projects, consortium operations, infrastructure projects, built-to-suit and sale leaseback, in six different states. He lectures in short courses and specializations in the areas of real estate contracts, real estate litigation, notarial law and registry law.
