Partner of Demarest’s Labor Litigation area, Marcello Della Mônica Silva is specialized in Labor Litigation (administrative and judicial). Among his main clients are multinational automotive, pharmaceutical, food and service industries. Della Mônica has acted in strategic demands of his clients, involving individual and collective labor issues. He actively participates in negotiations on investigations initiated by the Labor Public Prosecutor’s Office, which deal with topics such as work hours, moral harassment, health and safety at work, quota of disabled people, slave labor, outsourcing, among other topics. Experience gained over more than 20 years of legal activities, with a strong strategic role focused on administrative and judicial litigation, in all instances.


Advises a client in public civil actions involving the outsourcing and civil repairs in labor accident subjects.

Advises a client in public civil action on compliance with the quota of physically disabled.

Advises a client in administrative assessments related to slave labor.

Advises a client in public civil action involving occupational health and safety issues pertinent to the collection of household and hospital waste in the city of São Paulo.

Advises a client in public civil action involving discriminatory practice in registration of truck drivers.
