Partner of Demarest’s Corporate Law and Mergers and Acquisitions areas, Maria Lúcia de Almeida Prado e Silva has a Bachelor’s Degree in Law by PUC-SP, and is specialized in corporate operations, with more than 35 years of experience. Specializing in International Law by the Southwestern Legal Foundation – University of Texas. Among her main clients, whom she regularly advises, are large national and multinational companies of various segments, such as automotive, banking, chemical, among others.

Advised Pátria Investimentos in the bidding carried out by artesp for the road concession of the Central West Lot of the State of São Paulo;

Advised Pátria Investimentos in the process of public consulation of two lots of road concessions promoted by ARTESP;

Acted in the impugnation, by the Brazilian Association of Airline Companies (ABEAR), of the Bid notice of INFRAERO;

Advised Ford Credit Brazil, Tower and Rockwell Automation in corporate reorganization operation;

Advised Monsanto, Henkel and Visteon in various corporate operations.
