A member of the Demarest Mergers and Acquisitions area, Maria Lúcia de Almeida Prado e Silva holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from PUC-SP and specialization in International Law from the Southwestern Legal Foundation. She has a strong presence in the area of corporate operations, with more than 40 years of experience. Among her main clients, whom she regularly advises, are large national and multinational companies of various sectors, such as automotive, banking, chemicals, among others.
