— Advised Companhia Energética de Brasília (CEB), the National Bank for Economic and Social Development (BNDES) and Banco Plural in the privatization process of CEB Distribuição SA. In addition, acted in the auction of won by Neoenergia, for the acquisition of the shares with a bid of BRL 2.515 billion. It was the highest multiple ever paid in the country for an asset in the energy distribution sector.
— Advised Jive Investments in the acquisition of credits held by Banco do Brasil and real estate as payment to settle the debt of the debtor.
— Advised Jive Investments in the purchase, through a Real Estate Investment Fund, of 151 autonomous units of the real estate portfolio of companies controlled by OR Empreendimentos Imobiliários e Participações SA, relating to two residential projects, one located in the city of São Paulo and the other in Salvador, Bahia.
