Partner of Demarest’s Infrastructure area, Paloma Valéria Martins Lima has Bachelor’s Degree in Law by Largo São Francisco’s Law School (USP) and has specialization in Corporate Governance by Stanford University (USA). She has regulatory and contractual expertise in large-scale infrastructure projects related to various sectors, including energy, oil and gas, shipyards and transportation (subway, railways, highways, ports and airports). She also has broad experience with financial institutions, multilateral organizations, investors and large companies working, performing her works mainly in project finance and structured operations.
