He worked for two years as foreign associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore, in New York. Specialist in M&A, Corporate Law and Corporate Governance, he is the author of several articles on these areas and co-author of the books “Business Laws of Brazil”, published by West Thompson in 2015, and “Brazil M & A”, published by Donnelley Financial Solutions in 2018.
