Rodrigo Ramos de Arruda Campos has a Bachelor’s Degree by University of São Paulo – USP, Largo São Francisco’s Law School, and is partner of Demarest’s Social Security area, of which is a specialist. He concentrates his activities in consulting and administrative litigation. Specialized in social security planning and prevention, he assists companies – from industries to service providers – in drafting of profit sharing plans, stock option plans and in workers compensation’s matter related to occupational accidents and occupational diseases.
— Advised and advises more than 50 clients, from industrial, commercial and service segments, in preventive consulting and administrative and judicial procedures that discuss the validity of Profit Sharing Plans (PLR). Total amount involved exceeding R$ 1 billion.
— Advises industries (especially automotive) in regressive lawsuits filed by National Institute of Social Security (INSS) due to occupational accidents.
— Advises dozens of clients in administrative and judicial procedures regarding the Occupational Accident Insurance and the Accident Prevention Factor (SAT and FAP).
