She acts for both domestic and international clients from various segments, such as automotive, cosmetics, chemicals, animal health, technology, among others. Thereza is a member of the Women Executives Committee of the Brazil-Germany Chamber of Commerce and author of articles published in the specialized media.

Advised Deutsche Post DHL Group in the execution of a purchase agreement to acquire up to 100% of J.F. Hillebrand Group AG and its subsidiaries at an equity value of around EUR 1.5 billion.

Advised SAAM, a Chilean publicly held corporation, through its Brazilian subsidiary SAAM Towage Brasil, in the acquisition of 21 tugboats from Starnav Serviços Marítimos, a Brazilian subsidiary from Detroit (Chilean group), of which 17 are already in operation and four others are still under construction. Amount involved USD 198,000,000.00.

Advised the Schmidt family, shareholders of EMBARÉ INDÚSTRIAS ALIMENTÍCIAS, in the joint venture with Betânia Lácteos and partial sale of shares to Alvoar (held by Arlon).

Advised Solar.br Participações and its affiliate, Tocantins Refrigerantes, in the subscription of 78.5% of the capital stock of SolarPay Instituição de Pagamentos.
