Partner in Demarest’s Telecommunications, Media and Technology practice area, Beatriz França holds a postgraduate degree in Administrative Law and a bachelor’s degree in Law from PUC-SP. She has extensive experience assisting foreign clients with legal and regulatory matters related to expanding their operations into the Brazilian market. She concentrates her practice on structuring business models, securing permits and licenses, drafting and reviewing a wide range of contracts, analyzing applicable regulations, and implementing regulatory compliance frameworks in Brazil. Beatriz advises both local and international clients in public hearings and consultations involving the telecommunications and digital services markets, as well as in interactions with regulatory authorities.
