Bruno Costa is a mining lawyer at Demarest, holding a Bachelor of Laws degree from Faculdade de Direito Milton Campos. His main clients include leading mining companies in Brazil as well as relevant international players across the mining value chain. He is a permanent lecturer in a postgraduate specialization program at the Center for Studies in Law and Business (CEDIN) and has strong experience in drafting legal opinions, responding to regulatory and mining-law inquiries, supporting the Strategic Management of Mineral Assets, and conducting mining due diligences to identify regulatory risks, as well as providing legal assistance in the negotiation of acquisitions, disposals, and lease arrangements involving mineral rights.
