She concentrates her practice on multiple infrastructure segments, including power, transportation, sanitation, oil & gas, and other regulated industries, advising clients on a range of contractual and financing structures, such as project finance, cross‑border loans, structured financings, and bond issuances in the capital markets. - Advised a leading Brazilian investment bank (as lead counsel) in the first green bond issuance by a domestic power company in Brazil, totaling BRL 650 million, to finance renewable energy projects.
- Advised the concessionaire operating 11 airports in Brazil (including Congonhas) in AENA’s financing, the largest incentivized debenture issuance to date for Brazil’s airport sector.
- Advised BNDES and Itaú in the issuance of incentivized debentures (infrastructure debentures) for the Marlim Azul natural gas‑fired power plant.
- Advised a developer in the Ecotriagem project, the transaction financed by IDB Invest in Brazil’s solid waste sector – an innovative project by Just Climate.
- Advised Gasmig in the issuance of incentivized debentures (infrastructure debentures) in the piped‑gas sector; the company is one of Brazil’s largest gas distributors.
