  • Advised a private company headquartered in the United States, which provides services to law enforcement agencies in several jurisdictions, on the applicability of the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD) to its operations in Brazil, as well as on regulatory risks related to bills of law on artificial intelligence.
