Tatiana Campello is a partner at Demarest Advogados and leads the Intellectual Property, Innovation and Technology practices, as well as Privacy, Technology and Cybersecurity. She is widely recognized for supporting organizations in transforming innovation, technology, data and intellectual property into competitive advantage and sustainable business value in the digital economy.
With more than 30 years of experience, she advises boards of directors, executives and Brazilian and multinational companies on strategic transactions, artificial intelligence, digital governance, cybersecurity, data protection and intellectual property, supporting the creation of reliable, responsible and innovation-driven business models.
Tatiana is a recognized leader in the global innovation ecosystem, acting as a Panelist of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO-BR) for domain name disputes and holding leadership positions in organizations such as LESI, LES Brasil, Lex Mundi and ABPI.

- Advised technology-driven companies on the legal structuring of artificial intelligence and data-based projects, combining intellectual property, contractual arrangements, regulatory assessment and risk management to support scalable and compliant innovation.
- Advised companies in complex corporate transactions on intellectual property due diligence and the integration of intangible assets into M&A and joint venture structures, with a focus on risk mitigation, ownership certainty and transaction value.
- Advised multinational companies on the structuring and optimization of global intellectual property portfolios, aligning trademark and intangible asset strategies with business expansion, market positioning and value creation objectives.
- Advised a private company headquartered in the United States, which provides services to law enforcement agencies in several jurisdictions, on the applicability of the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD) to its operations in Brazil, as well as on regulatory risks related to bills of law on artificial intelligence.
- Advised a biopharmaceutical company on defining the appropriate legal bases under the LGPD for the processing of sensitive personal data in the context of clinical trials, balancing regulatory compliance with business and research objectives.
