  • Advised CarUX, a Singapore-based technology company specializing in innovative cockpit solutions for the automotive industry, on a transaction involving the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Pioneer Corporation. Indirectly, the transaction involved 100% of the share capital of Pioneer do Brasil Ltda., the Brazilian subsidiary of the global Pioneer Corporation – a company renowned for its innovations in audio, video, and electronic equipment, particularly in the automotive sector.
  • Advised CL&AM Capital Investimentos em Participações III, a subsidiary of Omnilink Tecnologia, on the acquisition of Casa Magalhães Automação, a technology company specializing in the development, commercialization, and licensing of software. The company also specializes in the resale of hardware and the provision of services for application in processes, workflows, controls, and routines of point-of-sale (POS) systems.
