Partner in Demarest’s Dispute Resolution practice area, Christiane Meneghini Silva de Siqueira holds a specialization degree in Civil Procedural Law from CEU and in Consumer Relations Law from PUC/COGEAE. Christiane also holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from PUC-SP. She has extensive experience in the litigation, judicial and arbitration fields, strategically advising clients from numerous economic sectors, such as construction, real estate, energy, retail trade, outsourcing services, among others. She has concentrated her practice in arbitration proceedings since 2007, representing Brazilian and international clients. She has served as Secretary of Arbitral Courts since 2015, in proceedings that are carried out according to the rules of Brazil’s key institutions.
