Partner in Demarest’s Dispute Resolution practice area, Maria Aparecida Gonçalves Rodrigues holds a postgraduate degree in Corporate Law from FGV and a postgraduate degree in Contract Law from CEU. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from UNIP. Maria Aparecida concentrates her practice in dispute resolution, on matters involving corporate law, as well as drafting and revising contracts. She has been involved in transactions for the sale and purchase of shares, and in corporate restructurings relating to incorporations, spin-offs, and transformation of corporate types. She also advises clients on the drafting of wills, donation agreements and judicial or extrajudicial inventories.
