Tatiana Campello is a partner at Demarest and head of the Intellectual Property, Innovation and Technology and Data Privacy and Cybersecurity areas. Tatiana holds a specialization in Business Law from PUC-SP and a BA in Law from Faculdades Integradas Cândido Mendes. Recognized nationally and internationally in her field, she participates in several national and international associations and acts as a lecturer and speaker on topics related to her areas of expertise.

  • Advised Novus Media SA in the negotiation and execution with Turner International Latin America, Inc. and its affiliates in the licensing of the “CNN” brand and its audiovisual content. The deal marks CNN’s entry into the Brazilian market
  • Advises, in the intellectual property contract area, a large multinational retailer in the clothing and footwear segment
  • Advises a famous motorcycle company in all intellectual property matters in Brazil, assisting the company in its strategy in the area, including trademark protection, intellectual property rights and licensing of personality rights (voice, image, etc.)
