He has international experience, having worked as an International Law Clerk at the North American firm Holland & Knight, in the Miami office from March to August 2017. He is highly experienced in public and transactional law, with a focus on the TMT industry. Among his main clients are companies in the field of technology, media and telecommunications, focusing on advising on regulatory, contractual and transactional matters.
- Advised a large company in the telecommunications sector on regulatory issues related to the acquisition of mobile assets of another large company in the sector.
- Advised an important player in the logistics sector in participating in a bidding process for the operation of a port terminal located in the Port of Salvador.
- Advised a large company in the telecommunications sector on regulatory issues related to the sale of its telecommunications infrastructure, with the incorporation of a new company controlled by it.
- Advised a relevant association made up of agents of the Internet and the new digital economy in discussions about the incidence of the Pay-TV Law and its regulation on Over the Top (OTT) platforms, including those that offer audiovisual content in a linear character.
- Advised a relevant association made up of agents of the Internet and the new digital economy in discussions on updating the legal framework for Pay-TV in Brazil, held within the scope of the Working Group established by the Federal Government.
