Demarest Advogados advised, as deal counsel, Ivi Energia and Banco Bradesco BBI, as leading placement agent, on Ivi´s second issuance of commercial notes, in a single series, in the amount of BRL 200 million. The commercial notes were subject to public distribution, as per CVM 160.
