She concentrates her practice in M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, private equity and venture capital investments, representing Brazilian and international clients. Juliana has a vast international experience, as she served as a foreign associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, in New York, in the M&A practice area, working on M&A and private equity transactions.   • Advised Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan on the acquisition of Evoltz, a leading power transmission platform in Brazil, which manages and operates seven transmission lines totaling approximately 3,500km.
  • Advised Hospital e Maternidade São Marcos and its shareholders on the sale of 100% of the hospital's shares to Athena Saúde, owned by the Pátria group.
  • Advised the private equity fund EB Capital on its investment in Hilab, a pioneer healtech in the healthcare sector with a remote laboratory testing business model. The investment was carried out directly into the group's Cayman entity.
  • Advised the shareholders of Car10 Tecnologia e Informação S.A. on the investment by WebMotors S.A. (of the Santander group) in Car10, through the purchase and sale of shares from certain shareholders and direct investment. WebMotors now owns 67% of Car10.
