Partner of Demarest’s M&A, Private Equity and Venture Capital and Corporate Governance areas, Paulo Frank Coelho da Rocha holds a master’s degree (LL.M.) in Corporation Law from New York University. He is the author of several articles in the field and co-author of the books “Business Laws of Brazil”, West Thompson, (2015), and “Brazil M&A”, Donnelley Financial Solutions (2018). - Advised Lactalis on the acquisition of Dairy Partners of America (JV between Nestlé and Fonterra) for BRL 700 million.
- Advised Paysafe on the acquisition of SafetyPay for USD 441 million.
- Advised SoftBank on the acquisition of Andbank's banking license by Creditas.
- Advised Akzo Nobel on the acquisition of Mactra's assets associated with the production of waterproofing materials and paint products.
