Resolution on Public Tender Offers (OPAs) to Take Effect in July 2025

Amid a broad reform agenda, the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) has issued Resolution CVM 215, which governs Public Tender Offers for the Acquisition of Shares (OPAs). This new regulation will come into effect in July 2025, replacing Resolution CVM 85.
