  • Advised Syngenta on the acquisition of Feltrin Sementes Ltda.
  • Advised Banco Inter in several transactions, including (i) the acquisition of 70% of the shares of Matriz. Participações, and of DLM Invista Gestão de Recursos, (ii) the acquisition of 45% of BMG Granito, Banco BMG and (iii) the sale of 40% of Inter Seguros.
