Advised State Grid: (i) as controlling shareholder of CPFL Energia in its re-IPO; and (ii) on the sale of all of the stakes (totaling 243,771,824 shares) of CPFL Renováveis (CPFL-R) to CPFL Energia, which used the re-IPO proceeds to pay for the shares.

Advised GIC as a selling shareholder in the IPO of Rede D’Or São Luiz S.A., the largest IPO in Brazil since 2013.
