Partner of Demarest’s Commercial Contracts, Biotechnology and Internet areas, Claudio Oliveira Mattos has a Bachelor’s Degree in Law by the United Metropolitan Colleges of São Paulo (FMU), a specialist in Corporate Finance by Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV), and has a Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property Law from Franklin Pierce Law Center, United States. He completed an Internship in the USA at “Arena Pharmaceuticals” in California, where he acquired vast international experience. His work is concentrated mainly in the legal consulting, elaboration and negotiation of contracts and legal opinions related to the commercial civil area.
